Building Inspection Services Queensland is a Brisbane and South East Queensland based building and timber pest inspection service that provides independent inspections on your behalf of: Existing Buildings, New Construction, as well as Timber Pest Inspections (termites, borers, fungi), and Pool Safety Inspections to both the private, commercial, and public sectors.  Our professional inspection services are backed-up with over 36 years experience in the building and construction industry.

As our customer, our commitment to you is to ensure that you are fully informed about the condition of the property you are proposing to purchase or the quality of construction for buildings under construction.  To do this, we only engage fully qualified and licensed building and construction professionals that are not only qualified, but have the extensive expert knowledge acquired over many years of industry experience to ensure a quality and professional inspection is carried out every time.

With over 36 years of experience in the building and construction industry including more than 18 years as a Building Professional, Building Inspector and Building Surveyor for the Queensland Government, you can be assured that every inspection entrusted to us will be independent and of the highest quality.

Note:  Every Building Inspection or Building and Pest Inspection (for existing residential dwellings) is also accompanied with a free maintenance guide schedule.

Office Hours

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

We also understand the requirement for some weekend inspections, so we try to maintain a flexible schedule to meet that need, if required.  On weekdays a telephone consultation back-up service is provided to answer any questions that you may have regarding the inspection or the report.
